The www.yootest.com website is hereinafter referred to as the "website".
The user, visitor and customer of the website are hereinafter referred to as "user", "visitor" or "customer".
The products available on the website catalogue are hereinafter referred to as "products".
The order hereinafter referred to as "order" refers to a validated basket containing one or more products and shipping costs.

Use of the website
The website provides information, solutions for measuring, monitoring and improving air quality and the indoor environment.
In compliance with these general conditions of use and sale of the website, the user may freely access the information and order solutions for measuring, controlling and treating air pollution and the indoor environment.
The supplier's teams are evolving the website to improve the experience of its users. In order to provide a quality service, the user is invited to inform the supplier by email at email@example.com of any comments or problems encountered during his visit.
The customer selects from the product catalogue the product(s) he wishes to order on the website and adds the product(s) to his basket. Once the selection is complete, he goes to the order and selects the desired delivery option from those offered.
The customer is free to use the carrier of his choice for the transport of YOOTEST products outside those offered by the supplier. In this case, the transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. The supplier may not be held liable for any damage caused by the use of this product.
The amount of the purchases is indicated inclusive of all taxes (all taxes included) excluding any customs fees that are the responsibility of the customer.
After providing the personal information required to process the order (Name, First Name, Email, Delivery and Invoicing Addresses, etc.), the customer validates his order and proceeds to the payment of his order.
To validate his order and proceed to his payment, the customer must accept these general conditions of use and sale. He can then make his secure payment using the solutions offered: Credit Card Payment, Bank Transfer, Paypal®, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The supplier reserves the right to apply a processing fee depending on the payment method selected. The customer will be informed of the amount of these fees before proceeding to the payment of his order.
Shipping & Returns
The order is validated by the supplier. Once the payment has been received, a parcel containing the order is sent to the postal address provided by the customer.
The supplier checks the delivery information and may, in case of doubt, request additional information from the customer before sending the order.
The supplier can under no circumstances be held liable if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
Receipt of the order
The customer receives his order and checks its content. He also checks the presence of all the elements of each product ordered.
Before sending to the customer, the supplier ensures that the order is processed according to defined specifications and internal quality control procedures. Despite all our efforts, in the event of an incomplete order or missing elements, the customer must inform the supplier by email within 48 hours after receiving his order and the missing elements. - the list of missing elements in relation to the order placed and validated
The supplier will reply to the customer as soon as possible to inform him of the correct receipt and processing of his request. In the event of missing elements, the supplier will send the missing elements to the customer at no additional cost.

The customer himself takes the sample or installs the control or treatment devices for air pollution and indoor environment. Instructions and conditions of use are provided in each product and are available on the website.
The supplier reminds that the reliability of the results of analyses and measurements depends on the conditions of use by the customer. The customer undertakes to read and strictly comply with the instructions and conditions of use of the products YOOTEST™.
The supplier is at the customer's disposal to answer any questions regarding the instructions and conditions of use of the products YOOTEST™. The customer must send his questions and requests to the supplier by email. The e-mail sent to email@example.com should contain the following information:
- the number of his order
- the subject of its request
The supplier cannot be held responsible for any problems resulting from non-compliance with the instructions and conditions of use.
Return of samples
The customer sends the sample and all the required information (sampling sheet) in the prepaid envelope provided.
The Customer is free to use another means of transport (other carrier) but the supplier declines all responsibility for the transport and integrity of the sample(s) sent.
Receipt of the sample
The supplier receives the sample(s) and ensures their compliance for the laboratory analysis process.
The client is informed of the receipt of the sample and the expected date of availability of his analysis report.
In the event of non-compliance noted upon receipt of the sample(s), the customer will be informed of the nature of the non-compliance and the choices proposed for further analysis. The client must validate whether or not the analysis work will continue. Until the client's instructions are received, the sample will be put on hold.
The supplier writes a complete and interpreted analysis report available for download in the customer's personal and secure space on the website www.yootest.com.
Depending on the product, analytical reports are available within 15 to 25 working days of receipt of samples at the laboratory. The deadline is indicative and does not bind the supplier. The supplier will inform the customer of any delays in the availability of the analysis report.
The supplier shall inform the customer if his service is not possible within a time frame that can guarantee the reliability of the results.
In the event of an analysis carried out on a non-compliant sample, the supplier shall specify in the analysis report the difficulties encountered and whether the reliability of the results is not guaranteed.
The analysis reports are anonymous, identified by a unique code provided with each YOOTESTTM product and do not contain any personal information.
The information contained in the analysis reports is indicative. To the extent that the use and installation of the products is carried out by the customer, the results contained in the analysis report may not be used in any legal, administrative or other proceedings, in particular for the purpose of serving as evidence in any capacity whatsoever, which the customer expressly accepts and undertakes to respect.
The customer can cancel his order within 14 days from the day after receipt of his order. The customer then has 14 days to return the order.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must send his request within the legal deadline by email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer must provide the following information:
- the number of his order
- the subject of its request
- bank details for the refund
The supplier will inform the customer of the handling of his request, the response to it and confirm the procedure for returning the order.
The order must be returned in its original packaging and the products sealed. The customer must return his order to the following address:

The cost of returning the order is at the customer's expense.
Only items returned intact and sealed will be due for a refund.
The returned items will be checked upon receipt and the supplier will inform the customer of the receipt of the returned order and any comments.
The supplier undertakes to reimburse the customer within a reasonable time after receipt of the returned order.
Many YOOTEST products contain perishable items whose subsequent use cannot be guaranteed.
For YOOTEST products containing perishable items, a fee of €30 including VAT per per perishable item will be charged in the event of cancellation of the order.
If the withdrawal occurs before the order is sent, the customer will be refunded the full amount of the order.
French law applies and the settlement of disputes is arbitrated by the Commercial Court of Strasbourg (France).
The supplier designs, participates and carries out scientific projects related to air pollution and indoor environment. (state of the art, measurement campaigns, impact on health, means of remediation).
The results of the analyses carried out by the customer are anonymous and do not contain personal data, they can be used for scientific research purposes related to improving knowledge on air quality and the indoor environment.
The results of the research may be published by the supplier on any communication medium (electronic, paper, video, audio, etc.). They may be the subject of summary documents intended for governments, legislators, industrialists, non-governmental organisations and associations.
